What this site is
An independent publication of researched guides to hotels in India, written by Sushant Kumar. It is a publisher, not a travel agency, tour operator or booking service. No booking can be made here and no reservation is held on your behalf.
Accuracy and changes
Content is published in good faith and believed accurate at the date shown on each page. Hotels change hands, renovate, close restaurants and revise rates constantly, and any guide begins going out of date the moment it is published. Rates are indicative ranges with the month checked stated beside them, and are neither quotes nor offers.
Pages may be edited, updated or removed at any time without notice. Where a correction changes a material fact, the update date on the page changes with it.
Your bookings are with the hotel
Any reservation you make is a contract between you and the hotel or the booking platform you use. Prime Hotel Picks is not a party to it. Cancellations, refunds, overbooking, billing disputes, service failures and damage claims are matters for the property or the platform, and this site cannot intervene in them.
Copyright in the writing
The text, structure, comparisons and research on this site are original work and are protected by copyright. You may read it, print it for your own trip, link to it and quote a short extract with clear attribution and a link back.
You may not republish articles in whole or in substantial part, scrape the site to build another publication, or use the content to train machine learning systems, without written permission.
Photography is not ours to license
Hotel photographs on this site belong to their photographers and are used under the licences listed on the credits page. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to reuse those images. If you want to use one, take the licence terms from the original file on Wikimedia Commons, which is linked for every image, and comply with them directly.
